Form Block Submissions
When you submit information to this website via webform (for instance a booking inquiry form or a web design feedback form) I collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. This data may include your name, email address, your message to me, information about services you are interested in, feedback on my services.
When you submit a webform the information you provide will be sent to my email address, which is managed by Google Workspace (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US). I will store your message in my Google Workspace account indefinitely. If at any time you would like me to delete your message or inquiry you may email me and ask me to do so. You may also email me directly rather than filling out a webform.
I also share this information with Squarespace so that they can provide website services to us.
Marketing Emails and Email Newsletters
You may sign up for my mailing list through the mailing list signup form in the footer of my website or through the signup form on my mailing list sign up page. Once you sign up you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. If you don't confirm, you will not be added to the mailing list.
When you sign up for my mailing list I will send you occasional emails which you can unsubscribe from at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. I will store your name and email address until you unsubscribe from my mailing list. I share your contact information (name and email address) with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on my behalf.
Calendar
If you fill out a booking inquiry form you will be given the option to choose a meeting time using Calendly. You may read Calendly’s privacy policy here: https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice. If you choose to book using this method, your name, email address, meeting time, and any message you include will be sent to my email address which is managed by Google Workspace (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US).
The meeting time you book will also be saved in the Google calendar associated with my Google Workspace account. I will store this information indefinitely and if at any time you would like me to delete your booking you may email me and ask me to do so.
If you prefer not to use Calendly you may email me directly to book a meeting.
